The petit gite is created as a "maison d'amis". You will be staying in a deluxe apartment with a lounge with open kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has a magnificent view over the English landscaped back garden with a fountain, hundred year old trees, peonies and the lovely church of Percey. In the lounge/dining room you will see fields, our meadow with maze, "our" cows of the neighbor, forests and the Canal de Bourgogne.
Via a new stair you enter the bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bathroom across the landing. We provide everything needed for baby's and toddlers. In total the gîte sleeps 4 persons.
The lounge can also be used as a function room, a music room or creativity room. There is a possibility to rent-the-chatelaine-as-a-cook for private dinner parties. The cook as a maid's service are optional.
The decorations are modern with antique accents and you will find a lot of contemporary art of international artists.
